The Faculty of Languages and Humanities at Ebla Private University seeks to qualify, graduate, and train students for research and professional work in the fields of translation and English language teaching in accordance with international scientific standards. It also aims to continuously develop its academic programs to keep pace with advancements in the field, in line with modern academic standards.

Through the Translation Program, the Faculty endeavors to establish a link between Arab culture and global cultures, with particular emphasis on mutual influence and interaction among cultures through translation from English into Arabic and from Arabic into English. This approach highlights the distinctiveness of each language and sheds light on both the similarities and differences between Eastern and Western cultures.

Furthermore, the Faculty seeks to establish departments of English Language and Literature and Arabic Language and Literature in order to broaden the scope of academic research concerned with the study of Eastern and Western cultures and their interaction. This, in turn, contributes to the enrichment of human knowledge and promotes closer understanding and cooperation among peoples.
