Experiences:

• Extensive experience in the study, design, and implementation of dozens of wastewater treatment plants (domestic and industrial) in several Syrian governorates since 1999.

• Experience in the study, design, and implementation of several reverse osmosis drinking water treatment plants in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2001–2006).

• University teaching experience in Idlib governorates since 2008.

• Certified as Lead Auditor according to ISO 9000 Quality Management System, 2000, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Homs, in coordination with the Syrian Arab Standards and Metrology Authority.

• Holder of ICDL (International Computer Driving License) certificate since 2011, No. 5254 10 17 UN, Syrian Computer Society.

• Practical experience in environmental auditing studies and environmental impact assessments for various facilities.

• Appointed to the staff of Idlib University in 2018.

• Appointed to the staff of Idlib University in 2025.

• Appointed as President of Idlib University by a resolution of the Higher Education Council in the Syrian Interim Government, 2017.

• Served as Chairman of Idlib City Council (2018–2020).

• Member of the Syndicate of Chemical Engineers at Idlib University (2019–2020).

• Member of the Accreditation Committee (Free Aleppo University – Idlib University – Aleppo Private University – Free Aleppo University), Northern Syria.
