To develop and strengthen the university’s cultural and scientific relations with academic and research institutions locally and internationally, and to organize and coordinate international cooperation in alignment with the university’s strategy, achieving its goals of academic and research excellence .
Fourth: Objectives of the Directorate :
- Supporting the implementation of the university’s vision in the field of cultural relations and international cooperation in accordance with approved regulations and laws.
- Enhancing the university’s presence in international scientific and cultural forums.
- Building sustainable strategic partnerships with universities and research institutions.

- Supporting scientific, student, and faculty exchange programs.

Fifth: Core Functions of the Directorate :
- Preparing and implementing annual plans for international participation, exhibitions, and scientific and cultural events.
- Organizing and following up agreements, memoranda of understanding, workshops, and local and international conferences.
- Coordinating the participation of faculty members in conferences, seminars, and scientific events.
- Strengthening relations with local and international universities and research institutions.
- Managing academic delegation (scholarship/assignment) files and following up on the affairs of dispatched staff.
- Coordinating academic exchange visits and hosting visiting professors and delegations.
- Supporting and organizing faculty participation in scientific awards and patent applications.
- Building a database of funding bodies, universities, and research centers, and benefiting from international grants and programs.
- Seeking university membership in international organizations and associations.
- Preparing and organizing requirements for university ceremonies and events.
- Any other tasks assigned by the University Presidency.
