University Council Session No. 8

The University Council held its eighth session for the 2025-2026 academic year on Monday, January 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM, chaired by the University President, Professor Dr. Ahmed Firas Alloush, and attended by the council members.

The agenda included remarks from the University President, a reading of the minutes from the previous session, and a discussion of several academic and administrative matters. These included appointments, recommendations from the Disciplinary Committee, preparations for specialized scientific conferences, and the activation of cultural activities in cooperation with the Aleppo Directorate of Culture.

The council also discussed the university's staffing needs, addressed the issue of written examinations, and raised several student-related matters, all within the framework of its commitment to developing the educational process and enhancing the university environment.
