في إطار دعم جامعة إيبلا الخاصة لطلبتها وتشجيعهم على الابتكار والمشاركة في الفعاليات العلمية، شارك طالبان من الجامعة في الأسبوع العلمي الدولي الأول الذي أُقيم في جامعة حلب، ضمن معرض كلية الهندسة المعلوماتية.

وجاءت المشاركة من خلال مشروع بعنوان «المنصة الخدمية الذكية لدعم الطلاب والإرشاد الأكاديمي»، وهو مشروع تعليمي يعتمد على مساعد ذكي يجيب على استفسارات الطلاب العرب والأجانب المتعلقة بالتسجيل، الرسوم، الامتحانات، وغيرها من الشؤون الأكاديمية، إضافة إلى تقديم إرشاد أكاديمي شخصي وقاعدة معرفية لمشاريع التخرج في مختلف الكليات.

ويهدف المشروع إلى تحسين تجربة الطالب التعليمية، وتسهيل الوصول إلى المعلومات الأكاديمية، وتخفيف الضغط عن الكوادر الإدارية من خلال نظام دعم متاح على مدار الساعة. وقد شارك في تقديم المشروع الطالبان سعد شحرور ومحمد السيد محمد.

وتفخر جامعة إيبلا الخاصة بهذه المشاركة المتميزة، مؤكدة حرصها الدائم على دعم طلبتها وتمكينهم من تمثيل الجامعة في المحافل العلمية، بما يسهم في بناء كوادر مؤهلة قادرة على الابتكار وخدمة المجتمع.

As part of its continuous support for students and encouragement of innovation and scientific engagement, Eblla Private University participated in the First International Scientific Week held at the University of Aleppo, within the exhibition of the Faculty of Informatics Engineering.

The participation featured a project entitled “Smart Service Platform for Student Support and Academic Advising”, an educational system based on an intelligent assistant that responds to inquiries from Arab and international students regarding registration, fees, examinations, and other academic matters. The project also provides personalized academic advising and a knowledge base for graduation projects across various faculties.

The project aims to enhance the student learning experience, facilitate access to academic information, and reduce pressure on administrative staff through a 24/7 support system. The project was presented by students Saad Shahrour and Mohammad Al-Sayyed Mohammad.

Eblla Private University takes pride in this distinguished participation and reaffirms its commitment to supporting its students and empowering them to represent the University in scientific forums, contributing to the development of innovative and highly qualified future professionals.
