In a move reflecting the university's unwavering commitment to academic and institutional excellence, the Council of Ebla Private University convened in an expanded session bringing together university leadership and faculty deans, concluding with a series of significant decisions across multiple fronts. The following matters topped the agenda:

  • Reviewing the final exam process for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, ensuring its proper conduct in accordance with the highest standards of integrity and quality.

  • Discussing the ceremony honoring top-achieving students of the first semester 2025/2026, in recognition of their outstanding academic journey.

  • Addressing faculty and lecturer contracts for the 2026/2027 academic year, as part of early strategic planning.

  • Considering academic promotion proposals from the Faculties of Administrative Sciences and Pharmacy, in support of institutional development.

  • Approving exam deprivation decisions for students exceeding the allowed absence rate, in application of the university's adopted regulations.

  • Reviewing the academic visit report to the prestigious University of L'Aquila – Italy, and the university's contribution to covering its costs.

  • Examining the Disciplinary Committee recommendation and addressing other emerging matters.
