Distinguished Scientific Achievement at the Faculty of Pharmacy – University of Aleppo: Two International Publications on Melamine Detection and Health Effects

Pharmacist Modar Sadek, from the Faculty of Pharmacy – University of Aleppo, Department of Analytical and Food Chemistry (Food Control specialization), has achieved a distinguished scientific milestone by publishing two high-quality research papers in internationally recognized journals indexed in Scopus.
This achievement coincides with earning a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Food Control) with an outstanding average of 97% (Honors), for his doctoral dissertation entitled:
“Determination of Melamine in Some Animal Products and Their Derivatives and Evaluation of Its Health Effects”,
supervised by Prof. Dr. Nazira Sarkis, with the participation of Prof. Dr. George Jangi.
The first paper was published in Results in Chemistry, a Q2-ranked Scopus journal issued by Elsevier.
