Ebla Private University Council Holds Its Second Extraordinary Session
The Council of Ebla Private University held its second extraordinary session on 10/10/2026. At the start of the meeting, Dr. Sabri Hassan was honored in appreciation of his efforts during his previous term as Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences.
The Council discussed the following two matters:
First: Completing the files of the teaching staff members contracted with the university across all faculties, departments, and institutes, in implementation of two letters from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, no later than Sunday, 11/10/2026, at 2:00 PM.
Second: Approving the enrollment capacity of the newly opened faculties, departments, and institutes for the 2026/2027 academic year, namely:
Faculty of Medicine
Faculty of Engineering (Civil Engineering)
Faculty of Law
Faculty of Languages and Humanities (English Language and Literature; Arabic Language and Literature)
Technical Institute of Health Sciences (Pharmacy; Laboratories)
These decisions come as part of the university's commitment to making optimal preparations for the new academic year and to providing an outstanding learning environment that meets the aspirations of its students and keeps pace with the requirements of higher education.
