Ebla Private Company Holds Its Annual General Assembly Meeting and Approves the Acquisition of Ebla Hospital to Support the Faculty of Human Medicine
The General Assembly of Ebla Private Company held its annual meeting, attended by University President Prof. Dr. Ahmad Firas Alloush, along with members of the General Assembly and the company's shareholders, to discuss a package of strategic matters relating to the University's journey and future plans.
Approval of the Acquisition of Ebla Hospital
Topping the meeting's agenda was the approval of the acquisition of Ebla Hospital, a significant step aimed at strengthening the educational and medical infrastructure and providing an integrated training and practical environment for students of the University's Faculty of Human Medicine.
Equipping the New Colleges and Departments
The meeting also addressed the measures needed to complete the equipping of the newly established and recently opened colleges and departments, and to secure all their requirements, ensuring that teaching begins in line with the highest academic and educational standards.
Advancing Academic and Administrative Performance
In addition, the meeting covered a number of key issues aimed at improving academic and administrative performance and enhancing the University's capabilities, in line with its expansion and modernization plans and in pursuit of its strategic goals.
