Improving Performance of Data Routing Protocol in Flying Ad-Hoc Networks

This paper proposes an enhanced routing protocol called INT-OLSR to improve the performance of Flying Ad-Hoc Networks (FANETs). The proposed protocol integrates the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm with the traditional OLSR protocol, incorporating node speed and distance between nodes to select the most stable routes. Simulations using the NS2 simulator show that INT-OLSR outperforms standard OLSR in terms of packet delivery ratio, throughput, and end-to-end delay.
