Research Abstract:

The produced (NO) activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase, which results in increased levels of cGMP, producing smooth muscle relaxation of the penile in the corpus cavernous and therefore having the potential to improve penile erectile function by allowing inflow of blood [13].
